Learniufy Studio was founded by Jimmy Rhey Bernal, an instructional designer whose background spans special education (SPED) teaching, ESL teaching, ESL program management, and teacher training.
That background shapes how the Studio approaches every engagement. Instructional design theory explains how learning is supposed to work; actually teaching, managing a program, and training other teachers shows what happens when it doesn't — where a lesson loses a learner, why a training session falls flat, what a teacher actually needs to feel ready in front of a class. Learniufy Studio designs from that experience, not around it.
As the Studio grows, that same standard — real, lived educational experience — will continue to guide who joins the work.
